BNMG – Wastewater Treatment and Recycling Project

Capacity 2000m3/d
Background
With the changes of environmental regulations, lead and zinc industry in China requires the implementation of the Lead and Zinc industrial pollutant emission standards, which doubles the standard for heaving metal ions reduction. The third smelter is required for ‘zero’ emissions overall for the industrial heavy metal wastewater. With higher salt content in the water, it can easily scale in the pipeline and therefore increases power consumption. The need for further treatment for recycling arises.
Project Delivery
Prior to construct the plant, SingFlux Beijing office (CHS) conducted a Pilot testing for a period of three months to test the best suited technology for the client, which was proven to be double membrane technology to achieve client’s expectations. The Zero discharge requirements have been well accommodated by this technology to reuse 100% treated water for industrial process water.
Advantages
- Advanced Engineering Capabilities: Dependable and reliable process engineering to ensure project delivery at a minimal cost
- Reliable Equipment: German engineered membrane modules contributed to lower energy consumption, reduce labour cost and minimise operating costs
- Integrated Design: Maximise land us and space optimisation to suit the client’s expectations
- Compliance: Meet Environmental Compliances and Standards
